The Instant Ice Cream Maker

Writer: Arok

The year was 3069, and the world was in chaos. Earth had no cows and no goats, even animals that made milk were unreachable, and it was very, very hot. While the entire world was at the brink of destruction, a man called Jeb. Jeb was in his twenties and lived alone. Jeb was one of the many people that felt this torment and decided to make an end to this. Jeb immediately researched the web for the ice cream. But he soon realized that the one ingredient that was very rare to find was milk. Jeb searched the web for animals that made milk. What he found was that it was only available in Texas, but Jeb lived in Los Angeles. But Jeb made it his mission to make the ice cream and make a machine out of it. But there was one problem: Jeb had little money to fly from LA to Texas. So to solve that Jeb had to save up for a few days

The next day Jeb woke up and went to his computer to sell stuff he didn’t need. Also, since it was the year 3069, it utilized drones for delivering and shipping packages. The first day was going well for Jeb, he had saved up about 25 dollars, but the trip would need 700 dollars. Jeb knew he had to work extra hard on the next day. On the second day, Jeb worked again and managed to sell almost half of his unused stuff and made about 250 dollars. Now he had accumulated about 275 dollars. On Jeb’s third day he had made 500 dollars on more old items and had enough for the trip

Now all that’s left for Jeb was to buy the ticket from Los Angeles to Texas. Since Jeb lived near the airport, he could walk to the main entrance and buy the ticket. After Jeb bought the ticket all he could do was now wait for the aircraft to start boarding. Jeb waited for a while and was finally allowed to board the plane to Texas. After what felt like an eternity, Jeb finally arrived at his destination. Jeb used some of his remaining money to get an Uber to the desired location. After another trip, he finally made it to “the farm of animals that know existed 🎉🎉🎉 (totally real)”. Jeb entered the farm, and to his surprise, it was empty, not even a single person on the farm.

Jeb walked around the farm hoping to find any signs of life, but to no luck. All Jeb could see were animals that only made the scarce item “milk”. Since there was no people, Jeb thought that he could milk the animal and go back home, but suddenly a random person came out. Jeb thought it was the owner and asked if he was, the man replied no and that he wasn’t the owner but a guy who had also wanted to collect milk. Jeb then asked if he knew where the owner is, the guy responded that the owner had abandoned this farm and that anyone could take the animal. Jeb then asked again about why the animal was still alive. The man replied that he feeds and takes care of them daily. Jeb then asked if he could ask for some milk. The man kindly said yes, then Jeb milked the animal and was on his way back.

On the way back, Jeb had used all his remaining money on another Uber and couldn’t afford the plane ticket back to Los Angeles. When Jeb arrived at the airport, he saw an empty car with no one in or outside it. Jeb decided to steal the car and drive away, luckily no one saw Jeb enter the car. The trip would take around 18 hours by car. Also Jeb had collected around 100 buckets of milk from the farm.

The car had a full gas tank and was enough for the trip. Jeb made a few stops for snacks and drinks using his change from previous Uber rides. After 18 hours of driving, Jeb had made it back to his home and got to work on making the machine. Jeb had all the parts to make the machine from collecting used metal that had no rust. After a few minutes, Jeb had finally made the instant ice cream maker. Jeb was excited because all of his hard work had finally paid off. Jeb then published the machine on the internet and was selling cold, fresh ice cream for 10 dollars. A lot of people went to Jeb’s home to get ice cream. From that business, Jeb had saved up around 1,300,000,000,000 dollars from it. Jeb used the money to move into a nice, fully furnished home, half of it for charity and the rest for basic needs.

Jeb still ran the ice cream business for around 10 years and made a huge profit. Jeb was happy that he could complete his dreams.
